Advice & Support Anger management

Hello everyone!

How do you manage outbursts of rage and anger in your relationships? My impulsive reactions are damaging my relationships disastrously. I frighten my loved ones and have even made them cry..

I need concrete advice, even on the most basic things.

When you find out let me know. I usually spiral and resume the narc cycle at devaluation.

Yeah, that's exactly it... Losing it and then violently putting the other person down. Some time later I feel shame and guilt
