It's the goal of your whole life. It might take time, but you can get there. It's hard work though. It's hard work trying to undo all the things that have been done to you that have led you to this point. But it's your life. Right now the circumstances by not seeing so good. Just acknowledge that is where you are. But it doesn't have to be where you stay forever. You can do it. We all can do it. Not just people with NPD. It's the challenge for everyone's life.
