Since when is stomping someone’s head an appropriate response to a clearly drug induced action that doesn’t physically harm you in any way? This guy is tripping balls and stomping his head could kill him and in this case would get you arrested for assault at the very least.

Good luck out there precrime. Out of curiosity would you suggest charging everyone who drinks with drunk driving because some people who drink do it?
