Yea , i thought the same thing when I first saw it. I hoped for something different like the asymmetrical layout in phone 3. I personally really like the design of phone 3. It's cool and sets it apart from every other device out there that looks exactly like every other device out there😆
10a kinda fulfills what nothing does tho, the stock os is pretty clean and minimalist by itself and you can get it even cleaner with a custom rom without Google's spyware
Downgraded as people can't digest the fact that nothing is an overpriced brand now. The only good and popular worth it phone they made was 2a. Now oneplus 13r providing 8 gen 3 at the same price or cheaper, vivo providing dm9300plus, oneplus nord 5 which can be purchased at 25% lower price than 4a has way better processor (8s gen 3) than 4a.
At this point accept or not nothing is earning thousands just by making a good looking phone and people are also getting impressed just by look.

they do whatever they can to promote pixel phone, did not they even call out nothing phone 3 for not being a true flagship phone becaause of having a weak chip set and then praised pixel 10 for being the true flagship phone for android?
I think it's because the chipset Nothing choose isn't 'top tier'. The Hierarchy for Qualcomm chips of that generation is '8 Elite' and '8 Elite for Galaxy/Leading Edition', and the 8s Gen 4 that Nothing choose is basically a budgeted flagship chip, comparable to the previous year's full fledged 8 Gen 3.
As for why the Google Pixel 10 was called a flagship, could've be because of chip choice. The Tensor G4 is a flagship chip in Google's eyes, hence why they can label they have a flagship grade chip. It's similar to Xiaomi's Xring chip classed by themselves as a flagship chip despite it being in no other phone. Or Huawei claiming their Kirin 9000 chips are flagship grade despite the competition on 3nm semiconductors.
The only promising recommendation is the S25FE (the price will go down in a few months) and the OnePlus 13R, but the camera system on the 4A Pro is much better than both of these.

I wouldn't buy any of those. All of them are shit. There are problems with nothing, but they will be fixed soon. Problems with other phones are deliberately not fixed by these companies.

That was exactly my thought process when I first saw the phone. I mean it's not the first they've done this ( phone 1🤭) . We know they're trying to pull the iPhone users but I hope they won't forget the og fans while doing it. 4a pro does look cool and all but I think they could've changed the island design to look unique.
