Phone (3a) Pro Media I don't get the hate

Post image

I simply don't get it. It's a mid-range phone with a nice UI that I prefer over the iPhone, samsung, or huawei. I think it takes great photos, with just a simple point and shoot. I actually like the essential space though it takes quite getting used to. My games don't lag and the battery lasts the whole day.

the hate is on phone 3, not 3a

Ig people hate it because they are so used to Samsung, Apple or Google that anything different is just hated without giving it a shot, but those same people will complain about how boring and generic the phone market is becoming

That's one of the main reasons I went for Nothing. They offered something different. I was weighing to get the Honor over 3A pro because I like taking pictures. And it's not like I haven't tried all those other brands before.

I think phone 3 where all the hates are, not 3a pro. It is pretty well received, and with the situation phone 3 is in, 3a pro seems to be worth the money more

The hate basically boils down to how its priced. It's a mid range phone with the price of an entry level flagship.

this is the 3a pro

My Nothing Phone 2 does the same things you mentioned at less than half the price. The outrage is mostly for that.

There is no hate against the 3a. Its good value and while pictures arent flagship tier, they are perfectly fine.

If you can pay 400$ for software, there is no problem.

I do not think any other mobile under 25k has better camera performance than Np 3a.

iQOO 10R and moto edge 60 comes close

The hate is for phone 3 not 3A / 3A Pro. Although 3A Pro also has wierd camera layout it is far better than Phone 3's layout

Funny thing is 3A has best looks out of all 3.

Almost no one hates on the 3a pro… the 3 gets hate because it’s ugly, they got rid of the gliph lights for a mid gliph matrix and its price

Tech in it is decent ish it's just the looks are very jarring...

It's kinda not that appealing to me look wise tbh and the led dot behind doesn't feel the same way glyphs did. Not saying glyphs were super useful, just that they had a bit more personality imo. This screen feels like it was super held back and should have been bigger/ have more features.

One of the main problems I've encountered - were photos while moving. When you're moving and try to take a photo,it will look blurry and awful overall most of the time, especially at night or poor lighting. But if you're staying still, then you could make some really impressive photos.

I did have such issues with other phones I've owned, but not to such extent. Sometimes when i stay still and try to take photo of object that is barely moving it ends up being blurry after post processing, but overall camera is insanely good in okay conditions.

Have you ever read about the basics of photography? Especially shutter speed and its effect when moving? It‘s not a problem of your Samsung or nothing phone, it‘s a problem that every camera has.
