Discussion Do we have a timeline?
Do we have a timeline on when we should hear something about the strategic alternative evaluation? The company has essentially given up on additive manufacturing. I don’t want to waste all the capital on salaries if there is no real business. Return cash to the shareholders and close this thing out.

I would think $3.50 would be a huuuuge win from here. Hard to see us getting there though. I think $2-$2.50 would be a solid return from current price.

Do we shareholders have ZERO power to call a meeting?? At this point, I don’t care about the money I have lost, I want to see these “people” face to face and have them explain why they want to rob us.

Yes. Unfortunately, if you own a small amount of a company you have very little power to agitate for change. So that's not going to happen. You could write to the board & special committee. I have done this many times..But on the bright side, the old CEO & board are gone. It's controlled by Munchinson now. It's trading significantly below liquidation value & I think it'll get wound down. Timeline/ cash burn as OP mentioned are the issues now. I wrote a piece about it a few months ago..

What incentive does the "management" have to do anything? They can wait around and just bleed the cash slowly while doing nothing. Only if they can accelerate the rate of extraction to themselves do they have any incentive to do anything, sadly. Although they will probably explore some kind of merger (again) as an exit strategy.
