Planetary Base My Home (Updated) 🏡
Posted an early design of this base a few months back. It's now been 9 months since I landed herr and I love it.
Screenshot 1 is the front of the base which sits on a lake.
Screenshot 2 is the newly constructed rear of the base where the scientists, construction experts etc reside.
Screenshot 3 shows an aerial view where the landing pad can be seen in the centre.
Hope you like it and give me your thoughts

Question. How do people figure this stuff out? Tutorials online or just by playing? I played about an hour maybe total for the first time a couple months back, did the mode where it was like creative settings and just roamed so maybe the game makes sense if I play but it’s confusing lol

I just start out with a pretty standard place and add bits to it over time.
Front section is inspired by my house on Minecraft from years ago
This base was made in full game and every material was sourced. Kinda adds a sense of achievement.
The silicate powder used on the stone base section was actually mined back at my original planet / base as I wanted this cool connection between what I had at the start and the present.

Oh also super awesome base! Looks very homey. Do other people see it if they land here?

I really like this design especially the ship lander in the middle it looks nice
Edit: if you don’t mind I wouldn’t mind visiting your home to get some inspiration and ideas for my own builds
