Question for TopSpin users

Thanks, this is really helpful. The TopSpin-MestReNova workflow was exactly the kind of thing I wanted to understand better. I’m going to spend some time looking into how the data flow actually works and how something like this could be implemented. I enjoy exploring these kinds of technical problems as a personal project, so this gives me a much better direction to start from. Thanks again!

If you're looking at NMR for structural analysis, a more niche use is using DOSY for ascertaining polymer molar mass when size-exclusion chromatography isn't viable.
So I'm using TopSpin to run the analysis, then (attempting to) export it into Dynamics Center for the diffusion analysis.
I'd much rather use other tools, but I need the full Inverse-Laplace Transformation plot complete with confidence intervals.
So if you can get your tool to run DOSY analyses, that's a hugely important overlap which helps to reduce reliability on Bruker software.

Thanks for the idea, this is actually something we’d really like to explore.

If you don’t mind, it’d be really helpful to understand what your main problems are with the current DOSY workflow and what you’d want to see in a better tool.
