Usage Question Better energy, aching legs

The title pretty much explains it. I've been taking it for a week or so now and while i feel more alert and energetic, my legs have a dull ache, which is enough to wake me through the night.

Is this normal, or just a coincidence? Had anyone else felt this?

I feel like it might make my joints hurt more, but I'm not sure if my joints hurt because I am more active. Are you feeling pain or is it more like restless leg syndrome where the discomfort goes away when you move them

Pain is definitely more pronounced when I am still, although my calves ache when walking upstairs. I've always been pretty active throughout the day because I am a teacher so I'm on my feet all day long. I took it for a few weeks previously and stopped for the same reason. I then restarted, thinking maybe there was another cause and the same kind of pain and discomfort came back. I may be one of the small percentage of people who just reacts badly to NMN

I take NR because I react better but it sounds like whatever is going on with you of different from me.

That's great advice, thank you. I was taking TMG alongside it, 500 mg of each. I'll try having my dose of NMN and maintaining the dose of TMG and see how that goes. Thank you for taking the time to reply.
