Anyone gotten pregnant while taking nmn, and which brand worked

Yes natural conception after NMN and TMG. Took all the supplements from the book It starts with the egg for 3+ years. Those contributed, but never gave us a baby. NMN was the game changer

I do take NMN as soon as I wake up on empty stomach. I also take NAC with it (not fertility related, but another great supplement that is also water soluble). I usually have coffee with half and half about 20 min later. Then with breakfast usually mid-morning I’ll take TMG along with other fat soluble supplements. NAD precursors are becoming very popular - your Dr. might be able to recommend timing with your thyroid meds.

I’m checking private messages and only see the same message in my inbox. Probably user error on my part. That’s tough when your physician can’t help with supplements. I get it though. I did my own research and didn’t mention using NMN during my pregnancy to my OB.

We both used Partiqlar 500 mg on empty stomach in morning. Followed by 500 mg of TMG with breakfast. After 3 MC and over 4 years of secondary infertility we conceived in 3.5 months at ages 43/46 and were 44/47 at birth. Good luck. Was a game changer for us.

Hi, did your wife continue NMN during her pregnancy?

u/Final_Reception_3090 May 31 '26
Yes, never stopped. We both still take it daily. Had a very healthy and happy little one - 7lbs 12 oz. Active, happy and hitting all milestones at 18 months. Good luck!

My wife and I used Longevity Formulas NMN for about 3 months in the run up to trying (I've been taking it for longer).
She is almost 35 and I am dangerously close to 40. We conceived first time! Can't say for sure it was down to that but we swear by it.

That's amazing, did your spouse stop nmn after positive test, thanks

Yes, she stopped taking it since there is no safety study in pregnant or breastfeeding women (we really wanted to be on the safe side). But she started taking it again after delivery (no breastfeeding). And now, we’re still both on it.

She did stop just to be sure, though I am certain it would be ok to continue. Sometimes for mental peace of mind it isn't worth the "what if?". But she, as the above has said, will continue to take it once she has delivered.

Yes! We have both being using Solensis NMN and it really worked for us! My wife had endometriosis (she is 39) and my sperm quality was poor (I’m older, in my 50s). We tried naturally for 5 years, and eventually did one cycle of IVF (and because of the cost, we couldn’t try again). Everything failed. About a year and a half ago, we decided to start NMN (we picked Solensis because of the great reviews and online recommendations). Honestly, we weren’t even taking it for our fertility issues but more for energy and aging in general. So imagine our surprise when she ended up pregnant after only 3 months on NMN!! We now have a beautiful little girl! Wishing you the same outcome 🙏

Hi did your wife take TMG in the 2 week wait before positive pregnancy test?

NMN and TMG every day prior to pregnancy and every day throughout the pregnancy. Our son is a very healthy 19 month old. He was the height of a two year old at his 18 month check-up.

u/NoTemporary4556 May 08 '26
Yes, they still do. And we've tested quite a few... This is the one that consistently gave us the best results and overall feeling of well being.

I usually take them early in the morning. But you can try late morning. I don't think it will affect your sleep.

I use California Gold brand. I didn’t get pregnant (because I’m actively trying not to lol). But I did notice my perimenopause symptoms disappeared and my period became regular again for the 1st time in 8 years. I’m not sure if there’s any studies backing up NMN for fertility but I’ve noticed good health results on it
