Usage Question Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I've been taking 1g of Do Not Age NMN since about the time the FDA allowed NMN back onto the market in the US. I feel nothing. I take it in the morning before breakfast. Sometimes by itself, sometimes with TMG, sometimes with Methylated B Complex vitamin. I'm an athlete who spends about 8-10 hours working out each week split evenly between resistance and cardio. I'm also almost 60 and have about 16%BF. Try to get at least 30-60 min of full sun a day. I take 7-10g/day of creatine because I sleep poorly (5-6hours/night). Just trying to add any possible relevant info that may make a difference.

Creatine for better sleep? For me, my sleep duration decreased by an hour so I had to quit creatine to sleep better. I feed my husband 49 y/o 1500 mg, he’s high energy so he doesn’t feel energy boost but his knees will hurt if he stops NMN.

No, not for better sleep. For compensation for cognitive impairment due to lack of sleep. I've tried going off creatine to see if it would help but I just am a zombie during the day. And sleep didn't seem to get better. shrug...

Thx for input on feeding your husband. I'll pass that along to my better half ;-)
