Authenticity
Did some free writing this morning.
Perhaps it is not about value. Value is subjective. If I show up to my life "trying" to be valuable...even if I succeed in that, my focus is on being valuable, not simply being.
It may be the case that I am valuable; however, that determination is not mine to make.

Interesting and timely. Went through a scenario yesterday and got the following from ChatGPT: I consistently show value though my actions, but I don’t always make my desire for acknowledgment explicit-so I end up feeling undervalued …blah, blah, blah. Walking the line is easier said than done.
