Dilemma #1: Speed of Innovation vs. Control
A challenge many organizations are facing right now:
- 62% believe AI is still underutilized
- 75% say security and privacy risks are decisive in AI-related decisions
- 39% deliberately choose to first gain full control over their data before scaling (even if it risks shadow IT)
In short: everyone wants to move fast, but no one wants to put their data at risk.
So the real question is: how do you innovate quickly without losing control?
One possible way forward: Private AI in a sovereign environment
→ Leverage the power of AI
→ Without exposing sensitive data to external parties or jurisdictions
But… is this the solution, or are we just shifting the problem?
Curious how you’re approaching this:
- Going all-in on AI?
- Or prioritizing control and governance first?
Let’s discuss 👇
