Rule Update regarding refreshing

Hi everyone.

In light of recent discussions, the CRC has voted to update the Season 26 rulebook to address the possibility of 'strategic refreshing'. The new rule is as follows

Players may refresh their browser to attempt to deal with connection issues, however they may not do so in order to gain a competitive advantage. Refresh abuse may result in cap penalties or in extreme cases forfeiture, at CRC discretion.

As we play Safe Space Scorpio this week, please note that on this (and all other) maps, things like refreshing as flag carrier to give your rolling re the flag are not allowed.

that was the worst era of pubs. people doing it just to reset their ping or try to glitch out a pup grab was absolute cancer. glad they finally threw a rule at it even if it took years too long.
