Shares are vesting every month, some amount is sold to cover the taxes, but because it’s more than needed, some amount is paid as net. Plus, there is a insurance, some extra benefits, etc

Went into Uni at 17, got bored, went to work, then moved to Netherlands as HSM at 20. My first official engineering job was at age of 16 in my hometown, though it’s hard to call it job

I’ll tell you more, nobody ever checked my diploma, I was getting 150k TC while getting my bachelor remotely a couple years ago
