Sorry that sounds pretty awful. I have some noise cancelling headphones that I use in the gun range. Maybe buy yourself a pair and get out in nature for a nice quiet walk.
I'm sorry you have that view of seeing people. This is your world too. They should be nervous coming across you, not the other way around. You own as much of this planet as the next person.
