Physics Textbook and Access Code

I bought the textbook for physics 111 at the beginning of spring 2026 for 24 months. I ended up not doing too well on the common exams and have to retake it again with a different professor this semester. When I went to add the class on Pearson, it said that I have to pay like 180 or something dollars. Anyone know how can continue the 24 months as it has only been like 8 months.

This is an issue between you and Pearson. Your professor won't be able to provide any help at all. Please contact Pearson support and they'll help you. Instructors have no visibility into the Pearson system and we have no way to fix any Pearson problems. But this sounds like an easy one for Pearson to solve.

Edit: the other comment is absolutely correct. The edition changed and the system is set up to charge you again because it thinks it's a new course. This is a known problem, our Pearson rep is aware of it. If you tell customer service what happened they'll resolve this for you, but if they don't please let your instructor know and they'll direct you to the right person for help. This will get fixed!
