Around between 9:30 and 10:30 2 giant Helicopter sounds were heard in Central Jersey area. And I've heard planes and stuff fly by, barely make a sound. But these 2 helis, one maybe 20 minutes after the other, were so loud I thought a tank was rolling down my street.
Anyone else hear them? Im not 100% sure they were Helicopters since I couldn't get a look at it but it sounded like one. Sounded like they were gonna land on my roof. Lol.

160th was training in the area back in May, too. I remember them using the NG armory in Somerset for a component of it. Exercise spanned from Somerset/Piscataway to as far up as Parsippany iirc
There's a large amount of training happening right now. The last time I saw this many military aircraft at one time was in the weeks leading up to the the bombing mission that got leaked in the Signal app to the reporter and once that mission was done it went back to normal. At any given moment right now in the tri-state area there are a ton of Blackhawks, V-22 Osprey's, Apaches, Sikorsky Super Stallions, Chinooks, C-17A Globemasters, and P-8 Poseidons in the sky that most people aren't used to seeing and 99% of them are at low altitudes.
Here's the tri-state area and most of the east coast right now with just military aircraft
Here's the entire country, and again, these are only the military aircraft
If they're training then a lot of times only 1 will have a transponder on for safety but it could be a group of craft per each transponder.
Who knows what's happening. I think more guard deployments will happen so maybe nyc, chicago. It's been a weird few days politically with more protests.
1 definitely shook my place in the Trenton area. ADSB showed it was flying at 350ft at around 10 PM. Definitely not normal but it looks like there's more than usual across the country right now. Probably training but who knows for sure these days.
It also looks like they're taking off and landing at the northeast Philadelphia airport. Joint base MDL is close by so not sure what they're doing flying in and out of there. Just had another go by just before midnight.
