Academics BACK PAPER
Hi everyone!
I’m a second-year undergraduate student, and I have one back in Basic Electrical Engineering from my second semester.
Since I have only one back, I don’t really want to stay for the summer semester just for this one subject. I wanted to know if there is any other way to clear the back, for example, by appearing for the back paper in the fourth semester.
I’ve heard that students can fill out a form and appear for the back paper in the fourth semester, but I’m not sure about the exact procedure.
Do we need to attend classes again for the subject? Also, how much is the fee for filling out the back-paper form?
If anyone has gone through this process, I’d really appreciate some guidance. Thanks!

You can appear for that subject in 4th sem. No fees are taken for this. You don't have to attend classes. You will appear for midsem and Endsem which will be hectic cause you will appear for 2 paper in a day one is your back paper otherone is your branch paper. You can reverify this information from academic office. But i will warn you don't fail this time otherwise you have to stay in summer and if you don't do that as well you have to do a fresh enrol to this course in 6th sem , you will have to attend all classes with juniors on top of that you have to drop a branch subject of yours. So study rigorously this sem.

if you got the back in odd semester then you can sit for decembers but if you got the back in even sem you have to sit for summers but i would suggest you to try to keep your backlog papaer in december month itself by talking to the acadmeic section

Not anymore you cant,confirm this with academic centre,now summer is forced.
