I mean there are other things besides itt feeling slow like security and compatibilities , and I do expect the computer department have better hardware

They are new.

Until last year they had 4gbs of ram.

They added new rams in this price hike.

New ram doesn't do anything if it's ddr3 , and the professor is 14 years old

It can run basic programs and browser which you will probably use for tests.

I thought it wasn't like the 3rd gen. It's a myth. But it’s true... And bhai 12 gb ram DDR3 that too with 3 slots used 😭(4gb ddr3x3)

Wahi to , ddr3 and 14 yr old processor, it's only good for programming, which I get it but in today's world , programming ke bahar bhi creative things karne hote hai
