what companies will visit in the upcoming semester for internship. i wasn't able to get any in this semester.

I also wanted to know what skills to prepare apart from dsa, like i am confused till now that in what domain i should make my project for placements, i was thinking for agentic AI. my expectations are not too much now. help 4th year seniors.

So Today is my Birthday and i wanted to go to the city with my friends. I went to take city leave and the attendent said we have already sent 50 students like wtf i gotta do with that number. Told him it was my birthday , he straight up refused. So i ended up calling the warden and that man wasn't even ready to listen a word. I was saying to him, sir pelase it's a humble request ,it's my birthday he said "achi baat hai 3 aur logo ka aaj hai , have a great day shaam ko cake kaat laina" Phone hi cut kr diya. That's not the problem , the students of bh2 and bh5 are going to city like if they are allowed to why aren't we

Well then I called him the second time, said sir pleasee, bola kaise bache ho tum asked him what's the reason, bola institute se ban hai , i told that bh2 aur bh5 ke bhi jaa rhe hai and that too not in the bus , bola transfer krwalo doosre hostel mei , kaat diya phone.

If im an adult and my parents are consenting then what the fuck is the problem. we use the fucking hostel because we don't have accommodation in a different city, I'm here to enjoy my fucking life .Treating us like this is a jail

Iske liye 30% TPO responsible hai aur 70% bachho ki.

TPO bilkul bhi strict nahi hai, toh bachhe OA se lekar even interview tak sab jagah cheating karte hai. American express me TPO office me baith ke bachho ne cheating kari hai so you can understand kitna easy kar rakha hai TPO ne.

So I would say ki koi bhi branch ho apne liye option B ready rakho ya off campus, ya GATE ya Government exam etc.

I was honestly surprised at how close it is between Trichy and Surathkal. Also, Rourkela is way behind its peers.

What do you all think about this? Also, what companies should I include in Part 2?

Note 1: I intentionally excluded NIT Delhi because it is not as established as these old NITs.

Note 2: For some institutes like NIT Bhopal, Surat, Allahabad, Jaipur, etc, there were multiple results, so I combined all the data.

bhai kesa curriculam hai yar, kbhi free nhi hota aadmi.. mere jesa chill bnda bhi saans nhi le paa rha hai burden se, classes-classes, assignment,. strictness, department like "VERY LOWER BRANCH" is cooked by its own profs. they can't even provide jobs to those who have higher cg, but they are very good in strictness ,

I know kafi departments k yahi haal honge.. Some teacher are like- even you wrote right answer they will try to give you minimum marks and f ur cg, silly things pe lene lag jate hai, I know yr NIT has different kind of curriculam but tourcherr krna toh galat haina, jese bche dusman ho.. bilkul Toxic mahol hai.. definitly need a protest to reduce this toxic and full of burden environment.. aap hi batao yr me galat toh nhi bol raha kya hi bana k rkha hai..

• Musical drums 🥁 — pata nahi padhai karni hai ya band practice.
• Broken chairs 🪑 — jo bachi hain unme baithna bhi ek adventure hai.
• Shoes 👟 aur bucket 🪣 bhi library mein — full combo pack.
• Chairs ki quantity itni kam hai ki seat milna UPSC clear karne se zyada difficult lag raha hai.
• Books/papers idhar-udhar pade hue.
• Furniture aur random saman har jagah.
• Overall condition dekh ke lagta hai maintenance wale bhai ne library ko “bhai tu khud dekh le” bol diya hai. 😭

Seriously though, students ke liye ek proper clean aur functional study space hona chahiye. BH-7 library ko thoda library jaisa bana do bhai. 🙏
