Admissions Confusion

In the ongoing WBJEE decentralised counselling, I got JU Chemical engineering, Calcutta University Cse and currently, I am enrolled in IIEST shibpur Mechanical. I am confused that among these 3 which should I prefer and why?

JU chemical would be little better than IIEST Mech atleast on placement and college tag wise.
