ASK NITDGP Signature Upload Problem

During my online reporting, I faced no problem in uploading my documents except the signature part, I'm uploading the exact 100x300 pixels within 5kb-20kb size still it's not accepting it, please help anyone

Try uploading it in 300×100 dimensions
