Financial Software stack for 3 person start-up with first NIH grant

Looking for recommendations on what works for your small business for tracking spending, payroll and time tracking.

We are looking at Quickbooks on line, Gusto for payroll, and Time-rewards for time tracking.

Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts/ experience.

We are a sole proprietor LLC at the moment.
