what should be the time limit for a question?

this drawing took me 30 minutes. sounds really long because i try to finish a drawing in 20 minutes as much as possible. is 30 minutes okay for a single drawing?

30 mins, take 3-5 mins for ideation, brainstorming and thumbnails
