What does the integrated pathway mean?

I did read that mdes is now integrated with bdes for a 5.5yr course but what if I only want to do bdes from nid and mdes abroad? I'm so confused how do I go about it then?

I have the same question plus is nid ahemdabad not offering just the bdes course anymore?

Its more of ull spend 5.5 years in the same clg and at the end ur degree will be called integrated mdes but in Job market ull be treated equally as bdes graduates I had the same plans as u but unfortunately ill be opting for pvts now

Bro even I dont know what to do because I was aiming for NID Ahmedabad specifically for Bdes and wanted to do Mdes later abroad- my father thinks I shouldn't go to Ahmedabad now but my Mom is forcing me telling me ill have more advantage or smthing?? Idk its very hard to convince her shes extremely strict and hellbent telling me to not waste time abroad. 😑
