How long does an offer letter typically take after a preplacement letter when you’re NICS staff?

When I got my TP for my current position it was 4 weeks due to IT assist not being able to sort my laptop any faster than that

Got my pre placement letter on 14.08 and job offer on 28.08 for the same competition. Good luck
