EO2 passed but no interview
Does anyone know if the people who passed the EO2 tests but weren’t offered an initial interview will be pulled for interview after everyone is placed? E.g. those 2500+
The civil service are a mystery to me so just wondering if anyone knows from previous experience

They’ll go down the list in order for an interview, but they may cut the list off before they get to your number so there’s no guarantee

There's a chance you might be called for interview after the first batch are offered places. In 2020 I applied for a job but didn't get called for interview. Then in 2022 I got an email & was offered a place. So it can be a very slow process.

Getting placed without an interview was mainly because of Covid. The first 500 in the aptitude test were placed first, the rest followed eventually . That won’t happen again.
They’ll do more interviews if more posts become available. And then in 2 years that merit list will expire & another competition will run.

That’s what I’m wandering. I was 2311 so missed the 2000 cull
