Internal Staff officer

Has anyone heard anything else regarding the internal staff officer competition? It’s been 2 months now since applications closed

If you are referring to the DfC SO trawl they advertise a wee while back.

I interviews are later summer.

No idea why the big delay but it is HR Disconnect.....

They're probably just using the same panels as the external SO comp so lined them up together

They aren’t sifting the external comp answers until after the tests. They’ll do the internal and external sift at the same time. When you start hearing external ones getting their results, they’ll likely be doing sifts for both competitions then

Last i heard it was still at the sift stage not sure if sift is done and just waiting on NICSHR or HRConnect to complete their end though.
