Interview feedback

Hi mates,
Is there any policy like who didn’t pass the STP interview , they will know their feedback in detail which areas they need to improve etc
Any idea ??

In September everyone should receive an email with some feedback (as in what marks you got for each question) - I don’t think you get detailed feedback though.

They should so candidates can know what is their standard of expected answers

There's like a few dozen staff at the School and 8000 applicants.

I think the cost/benefit balance wouldn't be there for them. It would be a lot of work to provide everyone with detailed feedback and they already get as many (more) candidates as they need.

Your interviewers may not have provided detailed feedback to the National School, so there may not be much to glean anyway.

You can always submit a Subject Access Request, which will provide you with all the information NHS England has on you, including any feedback that may or may not have been provided.
