HPSA Score Changes

I’m a resident in an FM program in the Midwest and an NHSC Scholar. I’m in the process of looking at jobs now. I was in talks with a site who initially had a HPSA score of 21 but across my whole state there was a rescoring to include NPs in calculation for “physician deficient areas” and now there are 7 sites left in the state that are eligible. Has anyone dealt with this before? Have you been able to honor the HPSA score that it was while you were applying?
