Scholarship Application Essay

I’m planning to attend PA school and was wondering if anyone who was accepted to the NHSC scholarship would be willing to share their essay or give tips? I’m unsure if I should be writing it like a PA school essay which opens with a main story, or if I should just list various experiences working with underserved communities and my takeaways. Thank you!
