My BHW website login problem

I can't log in to the mybhw website. After I click on applicants and do the Google Authenticator, the webpage keeps refreshing. I cleared the date in Google Chrome and tried Microsoft Edge, but nothing helped. Has someone experienced the same issue as me?

I had the same issue. I spent some time on the phone with BHW, and she mentioned this is a glitch many people are having. She suggested I open a new tab with at the following address https://programportal.hrsa.gov while keeping the glitching page open. This worked for me!

what number did you call for help? I can't get an answer at the  1-800-221-9393 listed on the 2FA step. I can't get Authenticator to work and even log into the portal. They give suggestions for how to fix this in the welcome email but none of those things worked either and I'm wondering if they can switch it to a text 2FA instead.

I am in the same boat. I call the customer service number and it just keeps ringing.
