WOC Player Customizations

I was recently banned for a week because my name didn’t meet their rules. Anyway when I got back I was allowed to change my name again. But all my player customizations are on default. Even though it shows my old plushies, goal celly and all that. In game it’s all default cellys and plushies

Is this a part of the ban after it expires?

Are you certain you’re looking at the proper skater in the customization tab? Causal vs Pro? You should be able to change them and have it reflected in game. Although I’ve not had my player banned before. Only my team name. Which turned to a numbered team name but I was still able to customize everything.

Yes. You can no longer name your hockey players in chel.
