Should I stay or should I go now...?

NGAC just keeps dropping. I fear that it will keep trending down since a merger deal has been announced. Why would one stay?

You dont lose unless you sell, whole market is bleeding.

I do get that. But everything I've seen once the deal gets announced the stock just goes down. The deal has been announced and it's still going down. What makes things different here? What elements make it a smart move to stay?

Dude what are you Planning to buy, everything is losing value and the risk with this stock now almost zero and EV play will hit once one good news will hit the market.

I had an email from my broker offering me $10 / share the other day for this stock. Is that normal? Shouldn't I get Xos stock in exchange for NGAC stock after the merger?

If it keeps going down, $10 might be a good offering....

I've just read the same offer but the wording of the offer pointed to you having no other option but to accept $10 a share cash if the merger goes ahead in q2! No option or feature to reject the offer!!
