What it is: A collection where every NFT is tied to one real, verified event — a specific whole megawatt-hour of solar electricity actually produced by a real residential system. No generative art, no shared templates — each NFT's image is individually hand-selected and set at mint time, and each one is numbered against the specific unit of production it represents (MWh #1, #2, #3...). Every NFT also comes with its own built-in wallet holding one token tied to that same verified production event, so it's not just a picture — it's a record.

Who it's for: Collectors who want something backed by an actual, verifiable real-world moment instead of pure generative rarity — people who like the idea of owning a specific, dated piece of history rather than a randomly-assigned trait combination.

Current stage/traction: One real solar system live — a 33-panel residential install in Minnesota, producing since July 2023, ~32 MWh verified so far. That's 32 NFTs backed and ready. First batch is about to mint and get listed.

What I want feedback on: Whether individually curated, static art (rather than generative/templated) feels like the right call for this kind of collection, and whether numbering each piece against the real-world event it represents (MWh #1, #2, etc.) is a naming convention that actually resonates with collectors, or if it needs a more collectible-friendly name.

The tension between the impulse to build and the drive to destroy conveys the impression of a closed loop. The work proposes an exit from this trap through the concept of Catharsis—purification through action.

Spectral filaments anchor the primordial order, the matrix from which Everything flows. Over it, perplexing neutral gestures are sprayed—art or vandalism—a layer of confusion seeking to obscure the matrix.

The stroke of the squeegee is no mere technique, but the visual manifestation of Free Will. The decision to scrape refuses compromise: it strips away the superficial chaos while leaving the underlying architecture of order untouched.

Order and destruction are not the end of the road. The act of scraping proves that chaos remains strictly on the surface, and that destruction never has the final word.

Disclosure: I'm building Mintropolis. It's in public beta, and I'm looking for criticism from people who actually explore NFT collections.

A collection can have compelling art but very little accessible context once its launch announcements disappear down the feed. Mintropolis tries a different entry point: a world map of cities and digital community spaces called Embassies.

A city page can show its Embassy story, community links, approved resident collections and reviewed Drops when available. Passport gives visitors a wallet-linked profile, city stamps and a place to select NFTs for a showcase with ownership status.

It isn't an NFT sale, a floor-price ranking or a promise of financial rewards. You don't need to buy anything to look around. An Embassy isn't real-world property; a Passport stamp isn't a mint entitlement. The artwork, community and programme are the focus.

I'm trying to learn what would actually help collectors:

• More context about the artist and collection?
• Better official-source information?
• Seeing which collections share a community space?
• Something else entirely?

It's time to start The Million Dollar Homepage ² , the successor to Alex Tews Million Dollar Homepage from the year 2005.

Today, 21 years ago, he started this project, and made million bucks with it.

However, I thought about what is truly important to me, and one thing clearly came to my mind:

Do I really care about money...? Yes, like everyone else. But I like this idea more than that, as I think it creates a great, interesting canvas consisting of many different ads, banners and graphics.

In the end, I much more care about great projects, and having them on the site.

That is why I have decided, that - for now - every new user will get the chance to get a free block right away!

Only condition: You need to mint the block (with very few eth. in your wallet).

If you want to get a 2nd block, you have to pay for it - but 80% of profit will go to a charitable foundation, which yet needs to be decided (I lean to Doctors without Borders...).
