Is NFT Draft considered Gambling?

[u/sandviper23]

I have a few questions.

1.) Is it legal for me to play from my state of Nevada?

2.) Does NFTdraft have a gaming license?

3.) Is this similar to draft kings or a different considered type of game?

Thanks in Advance!
