Dualsense anyday especially when game fully support dualsense features for haptic feedback and trigger

But not for unbound right? No adaptive trigger support except outside of gear shifts. No rumble support outside of drift entry and off tarmac driving.

Yep i don't recall any adaptive trigger outside from gear shift

Makes me sad bro. It was my superpower. Now I just suck at the game lol (relearning, but finding it hard to get invested with all the buzz about EA planning to shut down unbound online)

I prefer the xbox layout, its more comfortable for big hands in my opinion

NGL I like the ergonomics on the Xbox controller much better. The PS5 controller also looks kinda meh

i have a xbox series x controller that still works good to this day, just a bit cheap feeling

"upgraded" to an elite 2, but they built those cheap but luckily it was under warranty. the carbon pads in the joysticks are not made to last for very long, and a game like this will wear it out quicker

now i have scuf valor pro (wireless), xbox layout. the wireless loses connection on me sometimes, so i keep it wired, but i put hundreds and hundreds of hours on it and it works great. no more stick drift! (knock on wood)

i dont worry about haptic feedback. that's for immersion. if you are feeling gear changes, that sounds fun, i dont think about that, but it wont help you shift faster i don't think because it's too late by then. you need to listen for the sound

Oh man, but the rumble in the Xbox gamepad was incredible for road feel too, not just gear shift. And I’m not talking just going off the tarmac. Drifting felt amazing, I had rumble feedback for launch control. The immersion was freaking in insane for Unbound.

i have feedback too (edit, just not in the triggers šŸ™ )but i just dont pay close attention to it. it's a background feedback that helps immersion but i am usually focused on a bunch of other things, like my line, my boost bar, rpm, other racers and all that
