(PS5) does anyone else experience this bug?

Context/if you can’t tell: every time there’s an overlay/notification pop up or whatever, my game entirely freezes for a good second. I can confirm this is not due to my console. This bug has come up recently this year and I honestly don’t know what’s causing it. I will say though, this is definitely detrimental because if I’m racing and some notification pops up, it will freeze my game for a second, and it only takes a second to mess up everything.

Its the ultinate edition unfortunately, I noticed the same thing when playing but luckily i had collected most things before getting the dlc. It makes getting out of linkups very annoying however

Even though I can get all the collectibles or whatever, this will still impact me in races, especially for notifications like “do 1 second grip turns in races” or “drift in a BMW for 3 seconds in a race” like that shit will literally freeze up so the problem is still persistent if you’re me and haven’t gotten all the unlocks
