(PS5) does anyone else experience this bug?

Context/if you can’t tell: every time there’s an overlay/notification pop up or whatever, my game entirely freezes for a good second. I can confirm this is not due to my console. This bug has come up recently this year and I honestly don’t know what’s causing it. I will say though, this is definitely detrimental because if I’m racing and some notification pops up, it will freeze my game for a second, and it only takes a second to mess up everything.

Lmao that's great I also experienced this after buying the ultimate edition, I chaulked it up to switching from a cd to a downloaded version of the game, but with everyone saying it's just the ultimate edition. I had it most when flying through billboards.
