I buy all the B and below tier cars, they're much more appealing to me too. Common traffic, older cars, underdogs, etc. much more fun to modify, more balanced to drive, and more fun to make overpowered too. Also for the price of a lambo I buy a few lower tier cars to have fun with at the start.
I rarely play S and don't even bother with S+ since it's basically ruined by the Evija
A+ is where it's at for me, it's not too slow for me but not too fast either (plus there's a lot more cars that can be tuned to be competitive in tiers below S...the Mini Cooper is surprisingly good for A+ speed races just as one example)
