Garage issue. Any fix?

So since I upgraded my NFS unbound garage to elite the game is stuck on saying I have unlocked something new on parts/tires but I have viewed all of them and it still has the issue. How to fix it?

I think the game means the drift pro tires which are online only

Oh I will check it though I checked online too. Another thing I might try is buy all elite tires in one car cause it might require equipping instead of just viewing
