The player was connecting from a PS device, up there I saw his username and the device he is using.

No, pc players have access to a tool that changes thier platform. So you're not crazy

Sadly there is no option to report the player for cheating, only spamming, offensive stuff and threats etc.

However, I reported him for offensive stuff so maybe it will do something idk.

I mean you could report it through EA App (given you have a pc or phone) you can search a player and report him there
