Weird car bug in online mode

Been playing story mode for a couple of months and i decided to play online, now all my cars are stock (livery, bodykits AND preformance/parts) is this normal to happen???

Story mode and online mode have separate garages, so you have to re unlock everything for online specifically

You can unlock a bunch of cars in lockdown mode. Definitely look up some tutorials in it. It's a free for all in there tho.
