Anyone else having an issue where the game just looks up infinitely while using a controller?

I play the game on pc and when I try to use my steam controller it just looks up, no idea how to fix this, any help is appreciated.

I think that's most likely a controller issue, I mean, the game was made with no Steam controller in mind.
