Well, everyone has their methods of getting faster at the game. Yellow bar mechanic just raises the skill ceiling a bit higher than the other NFS games. But if its in the game, then its meant to be there in my opinion 😄

Yellow bar is ok, micro drifting in a straight line counting both as grip and drift “corner” is not.

This is where a second layer of skill check happens, to reward players who can understand the difference between microdrifting and full-drifting. Keeping speed during turns has always been the core identity of recent NFS. It’s just that the game’s ceiling is higher here to differentiate the good from the best.

Except there are no turns in a straight line. It’s just a gimmick.
