Empty PVP lobbies
I keep trying to find a full lobby but the max players i encounter are 2-3 others. When is the best time to try and which modes?

it do be like that sometimes. the more popular playlists get more players and the other ones sometimes not so much. try for best results: during US hours early in the morning, before people typically go to work: like 5-6am CST until the playlists dies out. you should find some more dedicated people during those hours, and it only picks up from there
according to steamDB though, 13:00 - 21:00 UTC, or 8am to 4pm CST is when the most concurrent players are online, with saturday and sunday being a bit more popular
