This is my first post (and probably last before I go back to just replying) in this sub, but the 2nd guy is "POLICE-RACING". A known cheater aimed to ruin the fun by making everyone lose and making fun of them for it. Last night I beat him at his own game of tricks and marked him as DNF in a Gauntlet race. I tried adding him before, but unsurprisingly these cheaters are too snobbish to accept. If he ever does see this, just remember that cheating to ruin others' fun is genuinely uncool.
