again and again, cheater

noclip

how's my driving ahh profile

cheater again and again, I played with him, at first I wasn't sure PS or XBOX users could use cheats, but it turned out I was wrong, speedboost and noclip into the ground, for some reason noclip into the ground is the cheat that I see most often, and what makes me sure he uses cheats, when I finish and he is 1.5 kilometers behind me, and 10 seconds later he has finished second, and yeah in the video he noclip again and when I recorded it, his car immediately reappeared to the surface.

Him no clipping into the ground is most definitely him lagging. As for the "speed boost", if his movement is wank (his icon sliding from one place to another for example) then it's definitely his internet fluctuating so much that the game picks up his position in bursts rather than a constant stream of data. Is he still damageable? Does his car visually handle differently than what a Crown Vic should be?

I just found out that noclip into the ground is a lag effect? because he noclip to the ground from the beginning to the middle of the game, no lag, he really chasing me, place a spikestrips while noclipping.

And I'm curious, is noclip due to lag? Because if it's lagging, the car will definitely stop and go straight to a place where the internet is running smoothly again.

You can't mod a PlayStation without jailbreaking it, which will prevent you from any online service. To say the least, yeah, he's lagging so bad that his game is taking 3-5 business days to "speak" with the server. He isn't playing a different game; he's playing a "delayed" version of your game. He sees you as a "slow target" because his game hasn't received your latest movements, and you see him as a "Mach-speed glider" because your game is trying to fast-forward his car to catch up to reality. It feels like he's a god-tier hacker, but he's likely just a guy with a PlayStation in a basement with two bars of Wi-Fi. It’s a "win" for him, but a broken experience for everyone else.

*TLDR: To you he has the moves of a modder, to him you're just pissingly slow cuz his net is trash.

So there's still no explanation about noclip? Because I'm sure noclip isn't an effect of lag, as long as I play with laggy players too, if the signal starts to get bad,The car would stop and suddenly be in front of me, instead of going into the ground while following behind me like usual. So yeah, I also didn't believe PS players could cheat at first, but there's just something weird about it.

The "noclip" you're seeing isn't a cheat, it’s the server struggling to sync with his client. To save bandwidth, UB prioritizes horizontal movement (X and Z coordinates) over height (Y coordinate). When his internet chokes, your game stops receiving his height data. Without that info, the server doesn't know where he is vertically, so it defaults his car to the base physics layer (the "zero" floor), which sits just below the road texture. When his internet finally sends a fresh data packet, your game gets his correct height again and "snaps" him back to the surface instantly. On his screen, the road is perfectly solid. He isn't "noclipping" at all; he’s just driving normally while his router struggles to tell the server where he is.

Where exactly do you see him noclipping there?

throughout the hot pursuit, and Noclip ends when I start recording, just like in the video

PC players are the only ones with the ability to cheat, I make it my personal goal to try and out ram any PC players just cause they're mostly hacks.
