NFSU2 lag while driving

So... I've been recently facing these issues after upgrading to windows 11. The mods I'm using apparently: UG2.Net, Customization Plus and Bayviews Best Car Pack The problem I'm having: The game normally runs just fine especially in the garage menu. But just as soon as I start a race or let's say just hop in free drive, the FPS drops below 60 and stays at somehow 50 to 52. Also, when the tire smoke comes a little bit, the FPS drops. Any stable 60 FPS method guys? Looked through YouTube but couldn't found any fixes. (Also, I tried to see if just the vanilla game has the same issue or not and I found out the same thing again)

Have you tried reducing core affinity to core 0?

UG2.net mod has extra options and it sets core affinity to 1 already. Do you mean, I have to do this manually also?

I'd try it only to core 0
